Whiz Camp – Thai Boxing – Free classes

Classes are delivered by Horace Jones

Horace has been involved in Thai boxing since an early age, and has competed nationally and internationally in Thailand. He has been coaching for 10 years and has coached students that now hold British Thai Boxing titles.

Tuesday 4pm-6pm — Work Club
Aimed at 16-25 year olds from Whalley Range, offering workshops, one to one support and guidance on employment issues.

Tuesday 6.30pm-8pm — Thai Boxing
Taught by local trainer ‘Horace Jones’ with the opportunity to be officially graded and compete in competitions

Wednesday 6pm-9pm — Whiz Tucker Trials
Cooking lessons, food facts, information on eating healthy and what actually is used in the products we consume every day. The best part is: EATING

Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm — Fitness
Fitness Training – Linked to Thai Boxing, circuit training, bag & pad work, conditioning

In-house activities

In house activities run from 6pm – 9pm and include activities such as Pool, Table Football, Table tennis, Foot ball, Cricket, Music, Dance, Mc’ing, Playstation 3, Group workshops and much more…
